WOW Personal Concierge was an idea that came to Lisa Thompson, Founder & Lead Concierge after working as a Personal Assistant for an extremely busy, fast paced Executive & VP of a well-known financial institution. She handled all his personal affairs and eventually started planning & hosting his events, personally & to entertain clients. Her typical duties included handling daily checklists, running errands, making travel arrangements, personal shopping, organization, and planning events. She felt like a Wife on Wheels…which birthed WOW!

 

As a former Leasing Manager & Real Estate Professional, Lisa is experienced in Sales, administrative work, Contract Negotiation, Customer Service and Interior Design. While her time as a Leasing Manager, she started a Corporate Housing program and personally designed and furnished units for busy, traveling Executives in need of short-term housing. She also provided them with City Events, places to go and handled personal requests during their stay. Often hosting clients to local sporting events, dinners and special events.

 

Lisa also spent over 16 years at a well-known financial institution, as a Series 7 & 66 licensed Private Banker, where she assisted high net worth clients with their cash management, credit, investment and other banking and wealth planning needs. She covered multiple branches, mentored bankers, served on the Advisory Board and headed the philanthropy projects in her area.

 

As a Professionally trained, Certified Wedding & Event Consultant, Lisa is skilled in creating fun, stylish & sophisticated events of all types. From Superbowl parties, baby showers and children’s birthdays to elegant Charity Events, extravagant theme parties and unforgettable Weddings, her creativity, style and class create an event you will not soon forget. Lisa’s ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, confident demeanor gives her clients peace of mind and the freedom to fully enjoy their event, while leaving the details to us.
